My neighbor maintains a vacant property, and has since before 2013. The backyard is a junkyard, and a rodent resort. If he can maintain a vacant property, he should have to clean up. It's a terrible eye sore and negativity affects our property. I live 835 w kirkwood. His is the house to east of mine
People living in rental property, corner lot @ 3956 N Feerwood are not mowing side facing Ferwood CT or back yard. Its 3 feet high. I made a report about a week ago & you came out but nothing is done. Also not mowing Boulevard.
The railroad company has piled up a huge stack of railroad ties that smell *horrible*, like a mixture of gasoline and naphtha and creosote. It is chokingly noxious, maybe even an acute asphyxiation hazard. It is on the south side of the tracks, north of 12th Street right where Dunn Street ends. Does the City have jurisdiction over this? Can the railroad be asked to pile toxic products in places far away from residential areas? It can be smelled by residents in houses close by, and the stench wafts through the neighborhood at night.

Garage Sale on public property - blocking access
3956 N Feerwood CT has not mowed their side lawn that is a foot & a half high. It is a corner lot! Also it has a couch & nalot of junk on front porch.
The resident at this location refuses to comply with lease terms regarding cleaning up their apartment. The conditions are going to contribute to unwanted pests and potentially other hazards. I have sent them notice, emailed and texted. The owner of Pavilion told me that the Hand dept will come out and either help put the resident in touch with resources or will have it cleaned and fine the resident. I just need to know if this is true and if I can get assistance getting them back in compliance with their lease terms instead of eviction. The people residing in this home were previously told by HAND to get rid of the garbage that was accumulating in their back yard, which is loose and blows onto other properties. Instead, they have simply moved it 10 feet to the right by a shed. Also, there are currently 5 cars parked on the property. From day to day, there are a lot of unknown people and traffic some of whom briefly come and go. I have seen people staggering in the backyard who are likely under the influence of some substance.
Likely squatter at 710 W Country Club Dr (house is down the drive at end of property). House has looked abandoned for months. Trash is everywhere, and a suspicious person left on a bike wearing a yellow jacket with hood over head concealing themselves in nearly 80 degree sunny weather. Person came out of house and threw trash everywhere. Left on bike headed East on Country Club.
