The house at 2615 Rockport looks abandoned. Construction/repairs was being done on it but a large branch fell into the house in the back and now has a large hole in the roof. I'm concerned that the house has fallen into neglect and is now abandoned. Would the city please look into it and let me know what is going on with it? -Lucas

I wonder what can be done about 2102 E. Wimbleton Lane in southeast Bloomington. No one has lived there a several years. Someone does cut the lawn, but the house is aging and in disrepair. In the past months, the gutter over the garage is falling off and the house is becoming a real eye-sore. Can anything be done to locate the owners and have them keep up maintenance on the house? Garage door is almost fallen off of track, hanging to one side. Green moss/fungus growing all over front on west side of house. East side of house has cleaned graffiti markings that can still visibly say "Fuck You." House is one of Pendragon Properties' houses. How is Jeff Jones still allowed to rent in Bloomington after all these years of problems with him? How many court cases, HAND involvements, money owed does it take? Presumably, he most know someone. :( This really sucks having him in our neighborhood. The houses are always trashed, he treats his tenants like a slum lord would, and we all have to deal with are neighborhood going downhill because for whatever unjust reason, the city or courts can't probably deal with him. We don't want him or his business in this respectable, family neighborhood.
