This has been on going now for over a week it is all day and all night the people that live there are running a generator to run power into the house and to the 2 rvs in the back by the alley. It’s super loud and I can’t take it much more. I’m honestly surprised the SCCAP office hasn’t made any complaints yet.

The house located at 2231 N. Martha Street is zoned residential single-family (RS), in the Matlock Heights historic district, but it is being used as a fraternity house (Aloha Kappa Lambda), with attendant problems (noise violations, traffic, trash, etc.). This would seem to be a violation of the city’s zoning ordinance.

A house on my street has become a transition house for alcoholic woman. My opinion is that this primarily one-family house has become a hotel. This neighborhood isn’t zoned to all allow businesses. Please put an end to this temporary housing and core-neighborhood encroachment. Than you

Although the map doesn't indicate it, there is a house on the corner that appears to be running a commercial paint company. There's a trailer with no less than 50 5 gal paint buckets and a storage trailer as well. Not sure if paint is leeching out of the trailer but it looks like crap in a residential neighborhood.

Is there a city code for how far next to a property one can have an open compost pile?
