Mr. Megnin stated that the cable was installed in October of 1998, and the cable was left lying on the ground. Mr. Megnin stated that he has contacted the cable company several times and the cable is still unburied. Mr. Bruner states that the property that abuts next to the back of his lot dump there yardwaste and tree branches/shrubs over there fence, next to his property. He is concerned about animals habitating here as well as the area looking unsightly. He would prefer not to have his name mentioned but would like to have a call back after the area is looked at.

Cable has been run across ground on his lot to another home next door. It is not buried and apparently not in a utility easement. Citizen doesn't really want to complain, but does want to know what TCI's plans are for this cable and is willing to work with them. MIGHT be willing to let them run thru his yard as he also wants to avoid disturbing his garden which is near the actual easement but wants to know how & where they'd dig, etc.. Would like TCI to contact him re: this.

MRS. DANIELS STATES THAT HER DRIVEWAY AT THE ENTRANCE IS SINKING IN DUE TO THE DRAIN PIPE THAT RUNS UNDER FORRESTER NEAR HER PROPERTY. SHE HAD A SMALL AREA NEXT TO THE DRIVEWAY THAT WAS SINKING IN. DANIELS THOUGHT THAT THE GROUND WAS SETTLING SO SHE HAS FILLED THE HOLE IN AND SEEDED IT FOR THE PAST NINE YEARS, BUT THE PROBLEM HAS GOTTEN WORSE AND HER DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE IS NOW FALLING IN.
