Please check into this and advise him.
Mr. Shaw states that approximately three months ago he talked to Ameritech and Insight Communications regarding relocation of service drops for the installation of a new driveway. Insight Communications has two service drops above Ameritech's lines. Before Ameritech can relocate their lines, Insight Communications has to move their drops first. Mr. Shaw has communicated with Scott Templeton regarding this issue but to date nothing has been done.

Location of your Problem: 518 S Washington Street Details: There are tree parts, a telephone pole, and wires down in my yard presumably from the storms that happened this past spring. NEEDS YARD AND SIDEWALK REPAIRED
I am a resident of the south Jordan neighborhood. There appears to be a major fence being added to the property located at 516 S. Jordan. Are there regulations regarding fences? From the looks of the initial layout, it appears that it could be in violation of setback and possibly other zoning ordinances. It might be worthwhile to keep an eye on the scope of this project. This property recently changed ownership and the new owner may not be aware of local regulations.
