Citizen says Aqua Pay Brochure is misleading and incorrect. Brochure says you call call 24 hours a day for information, he called and operator knew nothing about the program, or the evening appointments that are supposed to be available.
Anonymous caller called Public Works, and the voice mail message was referred to CBU. The caller complained about the sewage odor coming from Dillman. Caller said odor could be smelled as much as 1 mile away. Caller requested that something be done or she would "call EPA."
Rec'd. a call from Mayor's Office. An anonymous caller stated to them that she was driving behind a yellow vehicle (611) when a piece of wood fell off. The driver did not stop to pick up wood - continued driving. Caller felt this was careless and wants to be sure all materials in back of trucks are tied down or secured in the future.
Mr. Reed stated that he conferred with Mike Bengtson re. costs before he quoted a job. Mr. Bengtson did not quote the sewer connection fee of $1,600.00. Mr. Reed requests that the sewer connection fee of $1,600.00 be returned to him because he was given misinformation.
