Mrs. Kundich's son lives here. Eric Kundich--they have rats inside the house. They started hearing them shortly after the storm sewer construction started. they caught at least 3 over the weekend. Please call Eric at 323-1526 to let him know what we are going to do and what he needs to do. The tenants called Arab pest control over the weekend. The exterminator came and said they also have termites. Owner knows about all of this because the tenants gave him the bill from Arab.

Customer is forced to get an analog box to receive cable services; not only is Insight forcing her to rent the box, but Insight has made it very difficult to arrange for the box to be installed. An arrival time for a tech cannot be guaranteed; cust. waited from 8-12 and was then told she had the wrong date. Customer feels Insight is forgetting that she is the customer, and Insight is the service provider.

WOULD LIKE THE PARKING SITUATION TO BE CHECKED AT THIS RENTAL. 3 CARS ARE PARKING PARALLEL TO HER PROPERTY AGAINST HER STONE FENCE WHICH IS NEXT TO HER GARAGE. THEY ARE SO CLOSE THAT SHE IS AFRAID THEY WILL PUSH HER FENCE OVER INTO HER GARAGE. IS THIS PARKING AUTHORIZED? THEY ARE PARKING ON THE GRASS.
