There has been a dog barking at night at this residence for the past three nights. It was barking last night at 12am. Despite a previous call to police, who verified there was a dog door at the residence, the owners seem not to care that the dog is barking outside in the wee hours of the morning, disturbing neighbors. The HOA at Wilmington Court is in need of reinstalling new wood timbers borders along the front of this building. We are not able to fit a timber along the front of this area because it appears this water meter cap has slid down almost to the sidewalk. Hello. We provide water at this address for the tenants (there are 3 units in this property) and they let us know they believe one of their trash bins has been stolen. Can this be replaced? We have mold in our unit, the property management company is not taking proper actions to get rid of it, they said they are just going to clean it with dawn and water, I work for a property management company and this is not the correct way to handle it, I have informed my leasing office that they are NOT to enter my unit!
Two unknown individuals in a white rental camper van approached my running vehicle while my children were inside. They attempted to turn off the engine and physically touched the vehicle door and power button. I was inside a store briefly, and when I came out, they were interacting with my car in a suspicious manner. The behavior was threatening, unsafe, and created fear for the safety of my children. This happened outside of Buddhist gift shop in front of gift shop here in Bloomington. These 2 individuals are a couple about 170 lbs for the male and 150 for the female. Both light skin with sunglasses on and wouldn’t take off their sunglasses when I approached them to ask what they were doing in my car when my daughter called me. I drove away immediately after I confronted them they were kind of evil laughing when I asked them why they touched my vehicle. Lady was laughing and wouldn’t turn around to speak. They were eating noodles and claimed to be concerned about my vehicle motor smell from muffler. They ranted “I can’t understand you Americans” when I asked why would they approach my vehicle with my children inside. They had a rental white camper van labeled rental on it.
