Approximately 6 weeks ago, Insight or a sub contractor for Insight placed orange flags in the back of Mr. Grant's backyard. Mr. Grant has called Insight several calls in order to get some information regarding the type of work scheduled and a approximate construction start date. He has been told by Insight that they would check into it and receive a return call with the information. To date, Mr. Grant has not received any information from Insight.

My husband and I are present members of the YMCA, and go this facility often. We are concerned about the lack of cleanliness of the locker room, bathrooms and the drinking fountains. This is a health risk to our community, with the potential for diseases. Also, the drinking fountain in the track area is warm, plus never cleaned. Another example is in the shower. I have seen something left accidently like a shampoo bottle, and I will see it there for weeks at a time. The shower smells of urine,and it is NOT clean. Again, we are very concerned about possible diseases. The health department needs to do an inspection. My husband and I have complained to the YMCA multiple times, but nothing has changed. I am unsure this is a city issue, there is was looks like a n old landline access panel or junction box on 5th st. that is next to the road (maybe in ROW) that is unlocked and now open. See the picture.

My neighbor at address 2131 S Bent Tree Drive just reported two dead trees on City property that are leaning towards both of our houses. Within the past 10 mins, another dead tree just split in half and half of it fell against other trees leaning towards our homes. SZAKALY TALKED WITH SUSIE JOHNSON, CODE ENF., HER DRIVEWAY FLOODS BECAUSE OF THE 3 LOTS UPHILL FROM HER RESIDENCE. THESE 3 LOTS DRAIN ONTO HER PROPERTY FILLING & FLOODING HER STORM INLETS. THIS APPEARS TO BE A DEVELOPMENT WIDE PROBLEM.
