We had to move due to our rental, not having heat or running water. The hot water heater went out, as well as the heater. Landlord refused to fix. The landlord was notified, and the response was for us to fix it.

There is a growing encampment of unhoused people behind my neighbor's property. Cars now park on the street to unload people and equipment regularly. The most recent incident occurred on Dec 8, 2023 at around 1:30pm. The car that dropped off people and supplies had an Indiana license plate of VE9322. People walked down my neighbor's driveway and through her yard to access the encampment. I assume this is trespassing and would like to report this incident.

I am in apartment 13 at Bart Villa with the address being 2307 E 2nd St, Bloomington, IN 47401, USA. There is a neighbor that is above me which I am not sure of the number of the apartment, but they have a dog that parks through out the day and night for hours at time. I am struggling to get sleep because of this and makes unbearable to be in my room during the day.

Tree removal and "pruning" on E. Rogers Road
What is happening to our trees on E. Rogers Road between High Street and The Stands? After clear cutting all the trees on the north side of the road on the Winding Brook Circle corner, they are now cutting down and pruning the trees on the other side of the road. This used to be such a pretty area. It looks terrible now. Are they planning to do this on both sides of the road down to the roundabout? Are there any plans to replant?

This home is over occupied with at least four students. I routinely see the same four tenants and they frequently party.

Mr. Thomas sent in a letter regarding work that the cable company did in the utility easment behind his home.The cable company cut through a electic line causing damage to appliances in his home that he wishes to be re-payed for the appliances, as well as the bill from Cinergy for the repair of the electic line.The bill will be forwarded to the Construction manager. Mr. Thomas will not have to pay the bill for this, Laura will call on 2-2-00. 2-16-00, Larry Wilkerson handled complaint.
