During the month of July, Insight Communications excavated a site approximately 5'X2' in size on his property. After the work was completed, the hole was filled back up with dirt. Mr. Koehl was told by a crew member that the area would be reseeded and strawed. His yard has yet to be repaired.
There is a creek that runs in the back of his property. The drain is clogged. The property in the back has recently done some landscaping diverting the water to Johnson's property. The creek runs into a culvert. The culvert seems to be clogged causing a backup of water on Johnson's property. Gary Walls is the builder. The house was built in 1996.

Subscriber stated that his bill increased $3.50 this month. Subscriber stated that he was not informed of rate increase; he has called Insight to question his bill several times, and he has been placed on hold repeatedly and received no response.
Mr. Brown contacted the Public Works office on 3/22/04 to express his concern to the Telecommunications Council regarding his cable bill going from $41.45 to 44.75 with out an explanation. Mr. Brown stated that if Insight had competition then an increase would not be issued with out an explanation.
There are two billboards on this parcel N of our neighborhood entrance on N Walnut St to the W beyond the chiropractor’s office. It appears this parcel was once owned by Hoosier Outdoor Advertising so, I’m presuming that once Steve Ferguson obtained it and Parks and Rec is now the owner that both of these billboards can be taken out and until that might happen at least the one with the lights can have those deactived along with any service. It would be perfect if this area would then be able to gain native trees to add our Tree City USA canopy and Haskell Smith would be able to increase our diversity with new trees followed by native shrubs et al that will be most welcomed over any likely invasive bush honeysuckle et al along this main coordinator into our City and from the N into Cascades Park along the E side of Old State Rd 37 or Dixie Hwy. Thank you for letting me know if I can provide any additional information that might permit this prime cooridor becoming most appreciated and greatly improved with native trees and plants stepping up our Greenspace cooridors W and E along N Walnut Street. She stated that a bush located near a cable box on or near her property died after an Insight crew was working recently on the box. She would like the bush replaced.

Additional camp. There is a large dog which barks when hiking in the area. Campers in park area between clear creek and the rail trail. Campers are in flood plain, which is hazardous for them. Beacon has been contacted and is unable to reach out at this time. There is a noticeable decrease of people hiking this part of the park and a decrease in wild birds in the area.
