In October, when fiber optic line was being laid in our neighborhood, the installers inadvertently ran it through our sewer line. A few days later, the breached line backed sewage into our house. We hired plumbers to snake and inspect the line and we were able to see the blockage was caused by the fiber optic line. The fiber optic installers created a patch around our sewer line, but we were stuck with a $700+ plumbing bill. We feel that the fiber optic line installers should reimburse us for the plumbing bill, but can’t connect with anyone. A guy named Mike Nally, who seemed to be a supervisor, took our info and pics of the problem and promised to pass them on, but we’ve never heard from anyone. Can you connect us to someone who can arrange for us to be reimbursed? I have tried to attach a photo of the bill as well as of the camera shots of the blocked sewer line.

Hello , During the month of December 2024, there was utility work done on my property while I was away for the winter break. When I returned, there was 1.5 feet of snow; however, since it has melted, I have seen the damage that was done to my front yard - see the attached photos. There are two holes in my lawn (photo on right) and the crew stained my limestone walkway (photo on left). Can you please send the utility company to repair these damages as soon as possible? Hello. I have a question / concern regarding dumpsters on private property. Our neighbor has a full size construction dumpster in their driveway , but never any construction happening. They have when they are approximately 60% of the time. While the one that is there currently has been there since approximately last summer, they have been putting household trash in it for the last couple of months. While the dumpster is an eyesore in a neighborhood, are concern is that the dumpster never gets emptied it just sits there. I'm not sure who to have this conversation with at the city. Thanks

Sidewalks not cleared: 720 S College Mall Rd (E side) & 2628 E Covenanter Ct (E & W sides of College Mall) My wife and I walked to the "Shoppes" this morning on College Mall Road. After climbing over deep mounds of snow on the W side of Covenanter and crossing College Mall Road, we found that there had been no effort made to clear the sidewalk on the E side. Thinking we could return more easily by going North and crossing on Buick Cadillac Drive, we tried that. No attempt had been made to clear this sidewalk either. These are ALL commercial properties that should be responsible for clearing; that had done so for cars.

It Is believed this home is being used as a sober living home. They are charging recovering addicts for a bed. I do not believe they have been approved for this by HAND or have any of the proper documentation to run a place of this nature. The company seems to be scamming people for money to get these homes in their program.
