STREET CLEANERS CAME BY WHILE HE WAS WASHING HIS CAR, DUSTING IT ALL UP. THE MACHINES WERE BROKEN OR OUT OF WATER. HE THINKS THEY SHOULD BE FIXED AND FILLED.
