Location of your Problem: 1211 E Elliston Drive Details: This property appears to have transitioned to a residential rental in a primarily single family residential neighborhood. Normally not a problem, however, on a regular basis there are upwards of 7 to 10 cars parked in and around this property. Often they are parked facing the opposite direction of traffic and one truck appears to be a trash dump for the property. Please look into this and confirm if A) this is a legal occupancy per HAND, B) is the parking of so many vehicles permitted?, C) Are there any solid waste concerns for storing a property's trash in a truck on the street? The Health Dept. called and said there is a camper parked behind this property and an elder lady goes into it at night. She also uses her grill to cook.

There is no house at this address just a garage. The yard has mounds of dirt and landscaping. Possibly a business. Plannig can't find out anything about it. Please let Lynn know if you can find out anything.

New renters' dog is barking outside constantly every morning for about 45 minutes starting around 6:45 or 7:00 am. After that, they put out wind-chimes which make a huge racket. THIS NOISE HAS TO STOP. This has always been a quiet neighborhood until now.
