My husband and I are (attempting to become) first time homebuyers. We have been pre-qualified for an FHA loan, and in that process found mention of local programs offering to cover the 3.5% downpayment. Why do ureport complaints sometimes disappear? For example, 178022 and 178023 were put in yesterday but they are now unviewable. How can the public know what their statuses are? It cannot be due to content of the reports because a simple search in ureport for "occupancy" yields other reports, albeit the most recent is 7 years old now.
