Noise: The residents at 324 S Rogers have a dog that barks constantly. For instance, it has been barking without ceasing for over an hour this morning. It also barks during the night. I have to wear noise canceling ear phones.

I'd like to see the city after its seemingly support for such trash as this and BLM and Antifa as when they was allowed to camp on the court house lawn and deface the POW MIA Monuments . To show a good riddance response to the WNBA player Brittney Griner is being detained in Russia . I'd like to see the City send a notice to the state department saying We hope you enjoy your jail stay . During my drive home today from work, I noticed a truck at a high rate of speed. The city of Bloomington Fire Department I was doing at least double the speed limit. Every single after each light the high rate of speed was continued. Not a very good example to be setting. And the speed limit is 35 this guy was well over. License plate 55180. This was in Indianapolis on Brookville Road. Just north of where this picture was taken a child was killed in an intersection by speeding car. We need a better example driving our fire department and police vehicles.
