Ms Gray has a permit to park at the meters in the ^th & Lincoln lot. Construction workers park their vehicles & equipment in the lot. Meters are filled by workers. She parks on street & gets tickets. Was told this AM (5/15/87) by construction person to move her car from the meter. He needed the space for equipment.

Tenant is "troubled." Sharon is concerned that he is a "slob." He sits cans of opened food out to attract bugs, as a kindness, so that the other residents will be "bug free." He has a long file with the IU Police; has called to complain that someone stole his toilet paper, etc. They would like for us to make an inspection of the apartment's condition.
Citizen claims crews began tearing up concrete outside her house this morning. Would like to know what's going on and would have appreciated some notice. Please check out per John Freeman. Both Street & Utilities say its not them.
