His rental property is 513 N Dunn and 521 is sump pumping their basement onto his property creating a mosquito-breeding pond. Jason Widen with Jeanne Walters R.E. advised him this is a natural spring under the property that they are pumping and that the city knows about it and approves. Please check into this and advise him.
Mr. Clayton sent a letter to the PW Dept. that stated he received a letter from Insight Communucations regarding his channels and needing a converter box to get the package he already has that does not contain premium channels. He stated in the letter that his wife called Insight and ask if they had to have the box to keep getting the package that they currenty subscribe to that does not included premium channels, Insights stated that they would need the box.
