Received a complaint from Julia Tobin at 4307 E. Bill Mallory Blvd regarding a 6" hole near the neighborhood mailboxes at the end of her driveway. It appears to be a location for fiber optics(?). She called AT&T but they said it was the city's issue. She's concerned that this hole could cause an injury. Who needs to be contacted to take care of this hole? Her ph# 812-345-3399. The side of the road is full of pine needle's and debris. It covers the storm grates. The street sweeper cleaned one side but not the other. That’s been a week ago.

The RV that is parked in the driveway is being used for storage and the door is off and will not stay on. This leaves the rv open to all kinds of rodents, animals and bugs. This may not be a HAND issue, but according to codes 20.05.065c and 20.05.070h2, this is in violation. This is also a health concern because some mice and rats can carry harmful diseases, such as HPS, Leptospirosis, lymphocytic choriomeningitis, plague, and typhus. Rats and mice are known to carry many diseases. Those are also spread through contact with rodent feces (poop), urine, or saliva (such as through breathing in air or eating food that is contaminated with rodent waste); or rodent bites.

There is evidence that there is a dog inside the home which is sometimes left out in the backyard that seems to be neglected. Also, there is an issue with trash and litter, which was reported on a separate Ureport ticket to sanitation.
The Stonebelt house next door always BLASTS music at late hours of the night, for example right now, at 1:30 AM.
Street light is out
The neighbor at this location has been burning some kind of wood or other object repeatedly. It is causing consistent health issues for all of us who live at our house nearby. The smoke is so strong that when we walk outside, my mother immediately begins to have coughing fits. We have consulted the neighbor on this issue multiple times, but he continues to burn illegally in his back yard. We cannot see where the fire is, but the smoke comes to our house.
