Stephen was asking about the city's response to Malibou house as he is a resident of the street on which one of their houses is located and expressed that he is already dealing with the effects of slummy properties, and this is making it much more difficult to deal with. He complained about noise, traffic, and the overall parking nightmare that has become of his culdesac.

I was awakened at 6:30 this morning (during quiet hours) by dogs barking in the back yard at 1432 Winfield Rd. I tried to go back to sleep but the dogs were barking again a little before 7am. Then they were barking at 7:21am. Then they were barking at 7:35am. So much for getting any more sleep.

There has not been an adequate explanation why the map results feature of uReports was disabled and not replaced. Several requests for information have gone unanswered:
https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=208706
https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=206457
Others have had dismissive or incomprehensible responses:
https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=207285
https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=206286
This was a very important feature that was often used. It was acting a little weird the last year or so, but it still worked. Why not keep it up until something is developed to replace it? It seems kind of shady that the City would remove such a feature, as if you don't want people having too much access to information. It allowed users to clearly see where the problem areas are. Is it still online for internal use?
Please do not assign this to the person ("C.I.") who has received the requests in the past. Better it be addressed by someone higher up.

Mike Frey - 317-727-3371
Mike is the owner of Bub's on the corner of 9th Street and N. Morton. The last parking spot on 9th street before you hit Morton has been turned in to a handicap space. According to Mike this space is on a hefty incline that was once riddles with pot holes. He stated that it is smooth, but that it is not an accessible space by any means being on a hill. He would like someone to reach out to him. Thank you!

For the past two weeks some group of people in the area will set off fireworks around 2-3 am and its caused a disturbance. They’re super loud bangs and it jolts you up and hurts your ears. Multiple people have animals in the area as well.

On Friday, July 12, a crew from JE Reedy pushed through my double locked gate to clear a path so they could install fiber overhead (in a neighborhood that already has fiber). They seriously cut at least 3 trees: 2 are trees that get no taller than 15 feet, and a pine that was near the pole they needed to climb (Duke has cleared this area for years and never had to hack the pine). They said that they came by on Thursday but they did not leave any notice that they would be working in my backyard so they were trespassing.
They could have done their work without destroying my fence row but that would have involved creativity and a little effort. I am sickened, angry and sad and want someone in the City to see this mess and come up with a way to make this right. I have several photos but could only upload one.
