Stephen was asking about the city's response to Malibou house as he is a resident of the street on which one of their houses is located and expressed that he is already dealing with the effects of slummy properties, and this is making it much more difficult to deal with. It's hard to count the exact number when they're running all over the yard and barking. They don't bark for long periods of time but it's very disruptive. Last night a dog was barking in the back yard of 1432 Winfield between 12 and 12:30, disrupting sleep. This morning I was awakened at 5:48 am by a dog barking in the back yard of 1432 Winfield. This house is a nuisance. I have complained about trash in the yard in another venue.

On Sunday morning (12/21) five or six dogs ran out of the back door of 1432 Winfield Rd. and proceeded to run around the yard and bark from 9 am until 10:20 am. At 11 pm dogs were barking again.

Dangling wires across my yard, coming from the pole across the street. Nothing in house has been affected, but it appears some wires have come away from the house and are dangling in a knot about 4-5 ft off the ground, near my neighbor's drive/sidewalk in the corner of my front yard. This appears to have occurred overnight. There is also some kind of metal box stuck in a neighbor's tree. Have also contacted Comcast in case it's old wire from them.
