Stephen was asking about the city's response to Malibou house as he is a resident of the street on which one of their houses is located and expressed that he is already dealing with the effects of slummy properties, and this is making it much more difficult to deal with. He complained about noise, traffic, and the overall parking nightmare that has become of his culdesac.

This light was recently installed, and it has caused me to be unable to sleep in my own bedroom despite curtains. My back yard is almost entirely illuminated (see image). The city never cleared the snow from the bicycle lane after the January storm. As a direct consequence, the melting piles of snow left mounds of debris when they melted – similar to glacial till. Please clear the debris from the bicycle lanes on N. College Avenue and N. Walnut Street, which has been there for nearly 3 weeks now.

There Thea’s a bus sitting parked along the the west side of College 15th to 16th from approximately 720 to Atleast 730+ This cause a line of site for cars trying to out of 15th because the bus was just sitting. I did not get the bus number but people trying to get on to college could look north to see if the lane was clear to pull out.
