This jeep is constantly parked at the yellow curb at the corner of Dunn St. and 6th St. the top photo was taken on January 23 and the bottom today, February 3. I have never seen a ticket on it and I’m assuming they’ve never gotten one since they’re still regularly parking there. Is it possible to keep an eye out for it? The license plate is New York HPN-9289. This feels petty but it is jus always there.
Just tried to feed this meter. My money is stuck in the slot but wouldn't fall into the meter so I got no time on the meter. I am parked there now. White Prius. License number is IU plate "LOCAL"
Hi, I am a student at IU who is trying not to clutter the town with another parked car. My partner and I often attempt to drop each other off using the visitor spots on 3rd street near Swain Hall West/East, but they are ALWAYS full with the same group of cars. These cars stay there all day, and it's clear that the spots are not being patrolled at all, because they are there every single day of the week. I understand Bloomington is a big town to patrol, but it's ridiculous that these spots have just become a place for 6 lucky people to leave their cars at the expense of people who actually need to use the spots for their intended purpose. Please please have parking officers start patrolling those spots more often. Thank you.
This meter will not accept cards. The card cannot be inserted more than half way.
I teach classes at the John Waldron Arts Center for Ivy Tech. Each class is approximately 3 hours long since it is a studio art class. My student said there is a 2 hour limit on the parking meters on Walnut street which means she needs to leave during class time to move her car to another meter. This has never been an issue before. Why is it now?
This parking meter wouldn’t allow us to input any change. It’s 1:29 on Jan 8th
Please clarify the new parking regulations. Can I park in the surface lots for free on Saturday and Sunday? i.e. 4th and Lincoln. The library website says that these lots are 24/7 and the city website indicates they are free after 5 pm on weekdays and free on the weekend. Which is correct?
Parking meter 7625 is broken. 1:45pm Jan. 4.
Parking meter took several quarters without showing any payment or giving me any time. Picture above. First spot (handicap) west bound on 6th between college and walnut.
