For The past 2 weeks only one bathroom is unlocked. And in the morning there's a line to get into the bathrooms. If there's two bathrooms they should both be available for use. A lot of pickleball players are here. People walking past the beeline and it seems strange that with two bathrooms you would lock one. They both should be available to the public at all times.

Additionally, there was trash left on the shelter's tables and in the fireplace. Waterfall Shelter - At the same time as above, there was a gentleman sleeping in the fireplace of the shelter. He appeared to be using this as his primary shelter/home. As a result from the trash, feces, and individual, both shelters were rendered unusable for families.
