Called to complain about pathways in RCA Park. She said there are two pathways in the park, and neither of them are covered well. She is in a wheelchair and can't navigate the paths anymore because of the holes and ruts. Also wanted to complain about people sleeping in the park, often times intoxicated. She has called the police but they haven't done anything for the problem. She wants to be contacted about when the paths are to be fixed/what she can expect about the people sleeping/passed out in the park.

Dell Douglas called this morning to voice her concerns about bicycles on the paths and sidewalks at Bryan Park. During the past 3 years she has noticed more dangerous conditions due to the speed of bikers on the paths in the park. Most recently, she was walking far to the right on the path near the stream and a family on bicyles nearly ran into her. They were moving so quickly she was unable to say anything to them. She feels there is more disregard for pedestrians walking in the park and is afraid someone will suffer serious injury if things don't change. She would appreciate a call back from Mick after 6/14.
