Says except for HBO, reception is usually bad - double images, not sharp quality, etc. TCI has come to check and told her the problem was with the "traps" they use but nothing could really be done. Feels she should be able to get a better picture for the cost of the premium channels. At the time, TCI was trying to improve the quality of picture.

MS. DEMMING WAS COMPLAINING THAT WHEN CBU WAS REPAIRING THE SEWER ADJACENT TO HER PROPERTY, WE TORE OUT BUSHES AND SHRUBBS THAT THE CITY REQUIRED HER TO PLANT. ALSO, SHE SAID OUR TRUCKS WERE IN HER PARKING LOT AND LEFT A LOT OF DIRT AND MUD AND EVERYTHING WAS A MESS.
