Citizen is TCI subscriber who receives most premium services. Says except for HBO, reception is usually bad - double images, not sharp quality, etc. TCI has come to check and told her the problem was with the "traps" they use but nothing could really be done. She has rats in her unit(this is being addressed via a rental complaint) and want inspector to check neighboring lots for trash or possible other food sources. They are keeping all of their trash picked up but worried others in the area may not be doing the same.
