The trash/recycling crew left most all cans thrown off the sidewalk, into the road on their sides today. This is not normally the case, and it was absolutely NOT weather related. The trucks woke me up three times today. And then I find my trash can only half emptied, with one bag still in it. Either the trucks are malfunctioning, or someone was in a bit of a hurry to get done with the route.
Junk car disabled on Habitat Street. Hoarding of metal and useless junk, clothing strewn about along with open storage containers and items not for out door use between houses. How can the city let this kind of pollution go on for years ? So disgusting and disrespectful. John Hamilton should be ashamed for not doing something about the weak codes concerning this issue which is all too common in this town.The mayor himself said he would “look” into it years ago. There has been no change.
Trash is accumulating on the west side of Morton Street between 6th and 7th Street. Trash is on top of a red canopy sheltering a bike rack underneath, and is also dispersed around the area.
Hi, The trash collector seemed to be in a hurry today and there were 5 trashcans on their sides in our neighborhood...ours was one of them. We have asked you kindly to please not dump our trashcans on their sides while picking up the trash. They damage the trashcans as well as the driveway that we spent $1600 to black top. We find it very disrespectful of the trash collector to just throw around our trashcans after picking up the trash when he could so easily gently put them down so they stand up if he would slow down a little while doing his job. We have video cameras on our property and this gets caught on our video cameras. Do we need to start fining the city each time they damage our trashcan and driveway by throwing the trashcans on their side in our driveway? It is frustrating when we pay so much in property and city taxes to have our property damaged by the city.

533 N Lincoln puts out trash for pickup on 10th Street. Currently has overflow trash container with bags surrounding on 10th street sidewalk causing pedestrians to walk in street. Plus overflowing recycle container in yard on 10 th street side. Problem on several levels. Please help if you can.
228 North Sheffield. A huge trash container has been in the driveway for literally a year now at least I imagine. Surely there is some limit on PERMANENT placement of a personal mini-dump, aka giant trash container, in a public visible area? Both for health and aesthetic. I understand even a couple months if something big is happening, but not permanent placement of trash. Can someone please request the homeowner if nothing else can be done to please move it? And route this concern to City officials if not against some city ordinance? I think we have a neighborhood officer Norm if he can knock and see what their plan for it is. This morning (11/23/2020), I found a tire on the road in front of my property. I guess that someone hit the dry stone wall of my garden in the night because it is damaged or dropped off the tire. I am wondering whether you can remove it because it could be an obstacle for cars.
