Hi Cleanup and Sanitation department, When I went outside today to bring in our trashcans this is what I saw (picture on left). The trash truck was there as we have just installed video cameras. This isn't the first time that our trashcans seem to be thrown around our driveway and I have complained about it before. This happened again and it was only our trashcan that was tipped over and I didn't report it. Our neighbors have the exact same size trashcan that we do and theirs are never tipped over like ours are (see photo taken today). We wish the trash collectors would slow down a bit and stop tipping over the trashcans. It damages not only the trashcans, but also our driveway that we paid $1600 to get resurfaced. I would appreciate if somebody would get back with me regarding this. It is frustrating and damaging to our property.

Homeless people sleeping in the woods across from the residence townhomes. They're making residents feel unsafe and unable to sit on their porches. They're leaving tremendous amounts of trash and human waste in the entire area. Have contacted police multiple times to report the trespassing.

Hi. This is a friendly note to tell you that the new 4th Street Garage has a trash can on the exteror, Southwest corner, that hasn't been emptied since it was first placed there. It's definetely full and is in need of being emptied. I've mentioned this twice to parking garage attendants (via video chat at the exit) but wanted to be sure someone is aware. Thanks very much. Observed city sanitation personnel leaving trash in their wake as they did the weekly collection. I had guessed this was happening, but finally saw with my own eyes. Often they leave the emptied bins in lanes of travel as well, when the bins were not set in the road. FYI - just hoping this can be improved so our neighborhood is free of litter.

Someone stole my trash cart within the past several days. How can I get it replaced? (And who steals a trash cart anyway?! Good grief.)
