My neighbors consistently have their trash and recycling bins kept at the curb. They do not bring them back towards the house at all. There is a cluster of about 4-6 bins that are always on the street. Right now several are knocked over and trash is being strewn around. Please enforce that they need to bring their bins off the curb.

This place is filthy! There is shit everywhere and they even have little kids playing around in trash. There car plates expired in May. WTF Bloomington? On walnut street pike just north of peppergrass entrance there is the back side of apartment complex. The dumpster is broken in sections and there are hundreds of bags of trash. Can see from street - ugly disgusting sight and health hazard. Please send someone to check it out. Just across street from a church Apostolic Bible Church located at 3291 S. WALNUT STREET PIKE.. Please clean this up. Owners should be fined. Getting worse and been there for month. Thanks

On going problem at 1000 and 1002 East Atwater. Yard, front walkway, side yard and parking lot in back has beer cans, cups, trash and debris that neither the tenants nor the property owner clean up. The neighbors are tired of picking up trash from these properties.
Road litter along Patterson between Second and Fairview is very unsightly.
