Trash dumpsters behind Upstairs Pub, Falafel, etc. Email reads:
"This is this morning behind Dunkirk Square. I feel that each tenant (upstairs pub, jimmy johns, falafels, wheel pizza, and Kirkwood Stacks) needs fined and we need to reach out to Bryan Rental (again) as this was the same case two weekends ago.
I’ve spoken with the mayor on this type of issue and he wants us to keep issuing tickets every time we encounter this non sense."

trash thrown in the back yard, turning into dump, potential rat haven, neighbor at 4401 has given permission to view problem from her yard. She is usually home during the day.

Vicky, About two weeks ago I talked to you about a problem in Highland Village
the address was 4536 middle Court. The people were throwing there trash out the
back door of the house and the crowns were coming to the back yard and eating.
At that time you were going to call the health department. The next door
neighbor was at the neighborhood meeting last Monday nite and indicated they had
not been out and she had called the health department back twice but didn't
return her call. The neighbors name was Jo Cozire 4526 Middle Court PH#
339-3260. I was wondering if you could contact the health department again.

There is a growing pile of garbage behind and alongside the house of 501 S. Mitchell. This adjoins a walkway that links two parts of Hunter Ave and it's just above a waterway that feeds into Jordan River. Reporter is concerned about rats and other sanitation issues that could occur if left untreated.
