Our wheel fell off of our trash bin and it broke the plastic piece and it wont come back on. So i was wondering do we get a replacement or do we just fix it our selves?

Trash pickup crews left neighborhood trash on my property. Looks like When the neighbor left their trash out, stacked sky high out of their trash cans, some animals must have gotten into it and spread trash everywhere. Please send someone to clean this up, as it is not my trash, my fault, or my responsibility. Thanks.
Someone stole my trash can! 500 n prow ave apt 2. 47408 michael worden
This past Monday our entire street's trash was not removed. When will normal trash removal resume, and what can we do about having two weeks' worth of trash? Thank you!
Cart wheel was damaged during this morning's pickup. It won't roll. How do I request a replacement? Thanks!
The sanitation website (https://bloomington.in.gov/sanitation) indicates that christmas trees will be collected december 30 - january 23. I put my tree out this morning and it was not picked up. 2006 South Sussex.
Trash collection occurred Tuesday morning, but trash remained in my bin. This happened last week as well. This time, it's left nearly full. Can someone come to empty it?
Can I say that we are thrilled with the new way trash is being picked up now? No. Furnace filter still in the trash can, other trash sitting next to the trash can, collecting rain water. Not a good job this morning. 700 block of Eastside Drive.
My trashcan was damaged after the last pickup (yesterday Wed Dec 4).
Hello, I live at 4217 E Morningside Dr. This morning was our pickup and when I went to wheel my can away the right wheel is very loose. Still on but wobbly. I then noticed a divot in my grass right where the can was. Looks like the can return was a little too forceful! Not sure what the next steps are. Pic included. Dean Barrett dbbarret@iu.edu
