Hello, the pictured trash can was placed in my driveway at 514 S Grant St sometime between 9am and 10:30 am this morning. It blocked me from entering my driveway and was extremely heavy to move. I'd like to return it to the proper address, but unsure where it came from. I'm guessing you have a list and can advise on how to return it to the proper address. Since school has started it seems new residents are unsure how to use the city bins. My neighbors on the northwest corner of Grant and University have kept their trashcan blocking the sidewalk for over two weeks now.

This is what I was left with, after your recycle gang "emptied" it on Thursday morning. The trash crew always gets here about 2 hours earlier than the recycle truck, and that was still full when I left home at 6:15 am.

I was crossing walnut and miller drive light today on my walk signal when a city of Bloomington trash truck nearly ran me over. If I hadn't jumped back in time I would be dead right now. I had the right of way as it was at the crosswalk on the walk signal. They never even slowed down. I am requesting if there is any surveillance of this light if it could be looked at around 12:30pm on 5/27. I was too shook up to get a number or anything from the truck but I feel this is something that should be brought up to the drivers of the truck that they need to look out for legally crossing pedestrians.

Once again after the crew had been advised not to collect trash on Kinser Pike between 7:30 and 8:00 am, they did it again this morning. There is no way to pass and it takes 10 to 15 minutes to reach 46 and Kinser when collection is taking place at this time. There is no other route out of our four additions except for Kinser.
