The owner of this house has at least five cars, at least two of these are junk cars and don’t run. Additionally, there is trash on his front porch, yard, and driveway that has not been cleaned up in months. Please have this resident clean up his property.
I own four apartments at 813-819 S Washington through Yukon Properties, LLC. We recently received a notice about trash cans not being timely removed from street side. Can you provide the serial numbers for the trash cans that were issued to each apartment: #813 #815 #817 #819 Once we know the specific serial numbers we can make sure each unit is responsible and accountable for their cans. This commercial property is in a residential neighborhood and has 3 unregistered vehicles parked along the street, numerous discarded tires, and lots of misc trash littering the outside.
