Please see attached picture of rear axal and tires attached sitting outside of one of the buildings, it is on the side of the building right next that backs up to 1200 Crescent Rd. This is at the Union at Crescent apartments.

Open sanitation bins - 1 trash, 3 recycling bins that are overflowing - sitting next to house located at 310 N. Dunn St in alley that runs between E. 8th St & 7th St. Never taken out - it's a problem every summer. Not sure if anyone is living at the home. But, it has become a big issue. Would someone please take a look at the situation.
