I reported this problem on 7/25/24 and this was the response: "working with a third party contractor to schedule and abatement." Does it really take this long to take care of this problem?! It is now 9/13 and the problem has worsened yet again, and they have added two small Kroger shopping carts to the yard. I am sure city officials would love for this to be their neighbor! Please get this property cleaned up!
Trash and recycling bins at street since last pickup day. Same for recycling bin across the street at 2219.

Made complaint about 2501s. Bryan Street, when the address is 2501/2503 s. Camden, owned by Gary Wampler. Excessive trash. Arguments/ screaming on daily basis. Believe Mr Wampler is renting out rooms again, numerous people in and out. Drugs being sold out of there. People living in blue/white mobile trailer by detached garage.
Trash and recycling left at curb and additional trash is next to house.
We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue. See case #188814. Action does not appear to have been taken. Rat problem is increasing. This dumpster is *regularly* visited by people who do not live in the complex, both those who drive up, dump their trash and then speed away, and also by those who climb into the dumpster and rummage around for food and other *valuables*. The latter leave a mess (as per attached). Is there any way to force the owners to enclose or secure the dumpster so that only tenants have access to it? Management (Parker Rentals) do not seem to care.
People who are unhoused are leaving their belongings / lots of trash in the alley of our office building. Customers/clients/pedestrians use this alley often.
