Abandoned Vehicle

A handicap van is permanently parked in front of 678 E. Heather Drive. The lady died who needed this van and her son has not driven it all winter. It is parked on a curve and does impede vision for drivers especially at night. Parking is allowed on the street but I assume it is not meant to be a garage. The condo has a two car garage and a wide drive way so I see no reason for this vehicle to be on the street. Can someone check this out please. Thank you.

This renter had these piled up attracting mice when there is already a rodent poison battle going on - this is a wildlife area an owl could be poisoned by dead mouse - now he is blocking the sidewalk a federal violation.
I DO NOT want Oaklawn HOA knowing I reported this.
You need to get with your web department when I post a photo it does not load the image

This apartment complex does nothing about abandoned cars. There's several around the complex that have been sat for years, including directly in front of the management office. Several are leaking oil, fuel, and other contaminants into waterways.

This car has been parked on the side of the street for over a week. We have seen it parked on the street before, but it was always gone by the end of the day. The car hasn't moved at all and no one has gotten in or out of it. We believe that it either broke down or the owner abandoned the vehicle completely.

People speed out of RCA Park (and this has happened after criminal activity as well), so can traffic calming devices such as speed bumps please be considered?
