This apartment complex does nothing about abandoned cars. There's several around the complex that have been sat for years, including directly in front of the management office. Several are leaking oil, fuel, and other contaminants into waterways.

There is an abandoned car that has parked beside by house since May. I live at 1300 S. Madison Street. The car is on Driscoll Street, beside my driveway. It is a teal Toyota Camry with Wisconsin plates, 937 LVA. The car has not been moved since May; I have asked around the neighborhood, and no one claims it. It is blocking my available street parking. It appears to have flat tires and dirt accumulated underneath the vehicle which is not appealing when trying to show this shared property.
