"Close Call" reports via uReport are not emailed to the person who submits the ticket. In addition, if I record the case number at the time of submission, I cannot look back at the ticket due to a "sorry you're not allowed to go there" page.

Hello, I am the Food Sourcing Manager at HHFB. We think it is easier to read and has updated phone numbers/addresses, and service hours. Not a huge deal to keep the old one up, the new one doesn't have too many changes, but I thought I'd at least reach out to provide the new one if you all are interested! The "new and improved" bill pay for city bills is a terrible user experience. It won't load on Safari, it doesn't remember users from the previous login info, and if the user logs in again it still doesn't remember the account number and that's IF you can get it to load at all. Please please please talk to tech people at the Mill. They can help. Thank you.

Never mind, able to access bloomington.in.gov now. I restarted my computer and router, and then I was able to log in to bloomington.in.gov, so please close my previous uReport.
