The "lost animals" section of the Shelter webpage is really a pain to navigate. Why aren't these just in a set of bulleted entries? You have to keep popping open one description at a time, then using the Back button to go back, scroll to where you left off, pop open another one . . . I just found a lost cat, and trying to go through these descriptions is making me crazy!

ureport drop down category menus not accessible on iphones or tablets. please address. most of the ureport stuff is sighted out in the world, so mobile device compatibility would be lovely.

Sanitation website says all forms of styrofoam and milk cartons (waxy coating) are non-recyclable but our City recycling cart says that both may be recycled. Can you tell me which is correct? Also, the weblink for emailing Sanitation on the sanitation page is broken. Thank you, Perry Metz

In IOS 12 on my Apple iPhone XsMax - your app keeps crashing. I cannot use the app at all. Every time I click on a section to submit a report, it crashes and I can see the choices to let the app use my location but it crashes before I can click anything . Just want you to know that the search function for Parks&Rec classes sucks. I selected Gardening / Any Category / Search term: Spring (also Garden) and did not get the class scheduled for March 25. I finally got it to show up by using search term: Preparation. Not sure how it is supposed to work, but it is not ready for prime time. It is important for programmers to pretend to be users, and not easy.

Your Ureport open tickets are openly available online. Please remove https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=155792 and https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=154556 as there are significant privacy implications - I was unaware of my emails being forwarded to a service that is openly discoverable and did not agree to such.
