There is a disconnect between the lat/long feature of the application and City staff who use the application. I just had two tickets closed because I used the lat/long feature instead of a street address. Imagine my surprise when I went back and looked at older cases that I sumitted to find out they were closed, without notice, because "no location was given". Either training needs to increase or the lat/long feature should be removed from the application.

Uploaded agenda/packet to September 14 meeting for historic preservation but doesn't appear on the site. https://bloomington.in.gov/boards/historic-preservation/meetings It worked last time for me. Something gone wrong?

Hi! What happened to the GIS portal? I need access to property maps and I'll be darned if I can find the GIS entry point in the new website. The GIS site has lots of stuff on it, but unclear where to go to get into the actual GIS. I am confused. Thank you for your help.

Trash web page out of date, still describes stickers, Have to find the separate page on the new system. Also no contact email for how to request can size change, it just says you can--how? I don't want to phone. I am hearing impaired--didn't think of that did you? ADA design!!

Yard Waste- what are we supposed to do with yard waste now? The website needs to be updated. There is no current information on the new system and we bought our house without being given any information about the new program.

I want to commend Adam Wason, Shelby Walker, and Rhea Carter on helping me resolve my trash can problem. They went above and beyond. They deserve recognition. Not only did they fix the problem, I learned new things about sanitation services, which was very cool. They didn't cover that so much in the Citizen's Academy back in the day. I am SO THANKFUL for their help.

Website says City Council's final vote on the Comprehensive Master Plan is Wednesday, Nov. 14 at 6:30 pm. However, Nov. 14 is a Tuesday. Which is it?
