I live at 2114 E. Rock Creek Drive, During Fiber installation between the street and sidewalk, the machinary that was used lifted my concrete pad making an uneven unsafe surface. This has not been repaired by the installers of the Fiber. Thanks for your attention to this matter and your response.

If my file attachment is too large when I submit a ureport ticket through this very interface, it fails and silently hangs with a "processing your request" message. There should instead be an alert or banner letting me know that my file was too large and that I need to resubmit with a smaller file. The only way I learned that my request had failed was by looking in my browser console.

This is true with the overall map, as well as the first letter size map I tried (for my district.) overall map link is here: https://bloomington.in.gov/gisdata/mapgallery/Parking/ResidentialNeigbhrohoodPermitZones/parkingpermitmap_zone1.pdf

I've tried submitting a sidewalk complaint multiple times, but this site never seems to progress past "processing your service request" nor appears to complete step 4.
