I'm trying to download the form from the website to appeal a parking citation, and it bounces to "Page not found" each time. Would it be possible to send one via email instead? Thank you!

PDF links are not functioning on the Bloomington Urban Enterprise Association page. https://bloomington.in.gov/business/buea
The public Works Icon lists Utilities as part of public works. It is not. It should include parking garages and fleet ( maybe not fleet. I don't know why the public would need to know. But definitely parking garages). It is on this page : https://bloomington.in.gov/departments
The lack of a city staff directory is problematic. Unfortunately, this seems like a step backwards to me; city department officials should be accessible. Either a consolidated staff directory or a staff directory on each department page would be extremely helpful.
All of the links for the AFRs and CTARs are broken. When clicked on, they bring you to "page not found."
The link to download a complaint form does not work. The link to file a complaint online does not work.
