Links for Monroe County Suicide Prevention Coalition are broken
Links for Monroe County Suicide Prevention Coalition are broken
On the new City website, I searched for the Wage Growth Task Force Report and found a page with a link to it, but the link does not work. I also tried a copy/paste of the link's text, but it came up "page not found."
Got a call today from someone wanting to search the historic survey. Seems it was not migrated over. Is this something you can take a look at? I may have an Excel version if perhaps we want to just link to that file? But I'd rather at least convert it to a PDF if not loading text onsite.
I don't have a problem. I just wanted to comment on some features of the website. I like how simple and sleek it has become. My main complaint is that every page has these boxes, but the boxes are too big for most screens are mainly wasted space. I would recommend making them smaller to make it easier to find things. The boxes, how they are, are not conducive for the eyes to find what they need.
Is there an option to delete a UReportIt case after you have made one?
The City Council's page has the wrong phone number listed under the header. It should be 349-3409.
When I submitted a street light out report using the website uReport, I got the following message from the server: Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /srv/sites/open311-proxy/Models/Endpoint.php on line 209 Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /srv/sites/open311-proxy/Models/Endpoint.php on line 209 The application thanked me for my submission and asked me if I wanted to submit another report. The report I tried to submit was about 5 street lights being out on 3rd street between Union St and College Mall Road. Please email me and tell me if the report was submitted correctly please get the warning message fixed in your PHP program.
This is not a user friendly. Consider a different text layout - has to be a better way to convey this information.
There is a disconnect between the lat/long feature of the application and City staff who use the application. I just had two tickets closed because I used the lat/long feature instead of a street address. Imagine my surprise when I went back and looked at older cases that I sumitted to find out they were closed, without notice, because "no location was given". Either training needs to increase or the lat/long feature should be removed from the application.
