Hi, I sent the below emails a few days ago and haven't heard back. Can you let me know if the DIRECTV resource can be added, or who I should speak to regarding my inquiry? I can try a phone call next week if this is a busy time. Thanks, Chris On March 7th at 10:19 AM <cneedham@email.direct.tv> wrote: Hello, I just wanted to send a follow up to the email I sent you a few days ago. while attempting to report a malfunctioning traffic light (which I subsequently did on my laptop) to Ureport on my iphone SE, the screen does not scroll down far enough (well, it does, but doesn't stay long enough to:) press "next" after typing in contact information. (looks like step 3 in process of reporting) Changing screen orientation does not solve problem.

I'm writing with a suggestion. I spend quite a bit of time walking and running within Bloomington. Outside of the B-line (where my experience has been mixed), I find that car drivers rarely yield to pedestrians and marked pedestrian crosswalks. I wanted to suggest that the city consider adding flashing lights to the signage at crosswalks, in the hope that it would make drivers aware they're approaching a crosswalk, and be more likely to yield to pedestrians. Thanks.

There has been activity (underground utility location)and Duke Energy power pole in the easement next to my home at 709 E Wellington Court, 47401. I would like to know what activity (digging?) maybe in the near future. Also there is a underground ATT line to my home that crosses the easement. Thank you

Please post an update on the Vernal Pike/Seventeenth Street project. Seventeenth Street was closed in April 2019 and was to be reopened in November 2019. When will the street be opened?

This morning, Monday, Nov 10 just before 9am I was walking up to the intersection of First and Clifton in Bloomington when a city sanitation truck stopped in front of me. The sanitation employee opened the lid on a yard waste can and found trash on top of the debris. (not my house or cans). I witnessed him remove the trash with his hands and throw it on the street, then dump the yard waste in the truck. When he started to leave, I confronted him and asked him to pick it up the trash he had thrown on the ground. There was a trash bin and recycling bin within inches of the yard waste bin. Not only did he refuse, but he called me a fucking bitch and moved very aggressively toward me, screaming excuses of why he did not have pick it up, was entitled to discard it because it was in the wrong can, and called me every vile name he could imagine. I PICKED UP THE TRASH HE THREW IN THE STREET. His actions are completely inappropriate and I hope you will address this. He had blondish hair and was the rider, not driver on the truck. It shouldn't be too hard to figure out who it was. Ann Wesley
