Water drain under street is blocked by bent pipe; road floods with every heavy rain as a result
Across the street, there is a drain that sends water along the southern border of my property to Clear Creek. This drain has not been maintained and is partially blocked. The ditch that carries the water yo Clear Creek, is also full of sediment. Please call me. Thank you.
Street drain water from Olcott Rd. has created a deep gully (~4 feet deep) along the property boundary of my home on Crandall Court. I'd be most grateful if I could get advice from the stormwater folks in the Bloomington Utilities Department. HELP! Ben Brabson, 812-332-6507 or by e-mail at brabson@indiana.edu
Drain is completely clogged
This is my property. The culvert in the utility easement on the side of my house is flooded, causing my side yard, back yard, and garage to flood. The inlet pipe appears to be plugged. The culvert is full of road sand and vegetation, which may be the issue. There is a fence around the side yard, but there is an 11 foot gate to allow entry. Any questions, please feel free to call me. Thank you.

At our residence at 3425 S Glasgow Cir Bloomington IN, there is a storm sewer in the back that got clogged / obstructed today during the flood. Is there a city facilities that can help / support us with the flood issue that occurred? Thank you so much. Best, Aurelian Bidulescu and Lucia Toadere
900 Block of W 11th St. floods every time it rains hard. The storm grates are clear of debris, and the pipe is not handling the water. It's flooding the street and multiple properties.
Flooding from the drainage creek that runs along Patterson (by Catalent). My home on Allen is 4 houses down from the creek. I've lived here since Aug 2013, and this has only been an issue since 2018/19. It's flooded to this extent 5 times in the last 3 years, never once in the 5 years prior. This timeframe roughly correlates with when infrastructure construction happened for Switchyard Park which is just a couple blocks away. When I've reported previously, I've simply been told "no blockage found." So I'm hoping for more feedback this time. I think the city needs to look into flooding mitigation in our neighborhood.
A tree is growing in this drain. Also, there is erosion around the concrete on the north (uphill) side.
