He is the treasurer of the Peppergrass Homeowners Assoc. and wants me to meet with him to discuss a problem w/storm drainage in Peppergrass that relates to the city employees believing that the storm drainage facilities in Peppergrass are privately-owned. He says that is incorrect and that he has documentation showing they were taken over by the city back in the 80's & 90's as part of the annexations of that area into the city. He needs someone who can help resolve that issue so they can get some stormwater drainage system problems repaired.
