Sorry if this is duplicate submission. Not sure last one went through. I have gulley in front of my house that is blocked by growth coming up between sparse rip rap. Water is eroding the gulley by finding path around foliage and leaves carried from upstream. Went out today after rain and water in not draining well at all. Customer says there is flooding in the parking lot due to clogged storm drains.
Basement is flooded, due to rain water
The storm water drain located at the front of the house is flooding. I have cleaned the area, however its an issue in heavy rains. I have reported this issue previously as well. Appreciate if someone can come out and address the issue since its the only drain along the street. The drain is on the left side of the driveway. Thanks
There's an open storm drain that consistently becomes clogged and gets backed up when it rains, causing the water to spill over the road and flood our side yard

The public storm sewer on the side of my house is very much overgrown. The ragweed (which I'm allergic to) is at least 4 feet high. The ditch probably needs to be cleared and widened as well. I reported the widening and talked with city about this almost 2 years ago. We have frequent flooding problems in our back yard.
Customer said her neighbor is throwing dog feces into the storm drain and it smells.
Customer would like the storm ditch in front of her home to be cleaned out.
The pavement is caving in on both sides of the storm inlet. ground under pavement washing away.
