Customer said there is a pipe exposed on the side of the storm ditch.

Customer wants to know who is responsible for cleaning and mowing storm ditch North of her property.
The dirt has settled around a drain pipe from a previous repair. Supervisor said CBU crew will add more dirt to correct the problem. I called the customer to let her know the status.
Customer said a storm culvert on Yancy street was taken out, and he is afraid it will cause flooding in his yard when it rains.
885 S Woodscrest Dr. 9-6-13 Mr Debruicker saw me working on Woodscrest and asked me if I could look over a washed out area in the grass ditch along his property frontage at 885 S Woodscrest Dr.

Storm sewer in her back yard is eroding
He is making improvements to the property for the property manager (Linda Quillan at Action Property Management) and says we need to do something about the water that comes in the back yard and floods the basement.
This complaint was emailed to Nancy Axsom (in engineering dept.) from the customer to remove debris from storm sewer ditch. Nancy told customer he was on a list to have debris removed. She notified the customer by email of this and emailed me a copy of the emails.
