Water heavily pools and looks very muddy at the foot of our driveway and down Sheffield and seems to be very slow to go into drains when it rains heavily.

When we get a quick rain the shower downstairs backs up. I was concerned that it was an issue in my pipes but have had the drain snaked. Also I can turn on the shower and let it run for a while. It only happens when it rains and seems that it is getting worse. It's pretty nasty to clean up every time it rains. Is there anything the city can help me with on this issue?
The storm ditch needs to be cleaned out.
Storm drain is failing and needs new housing.
The intersection of Sheffield at both Cambridge and Providence Court are experiencing EXTREME flooding. These intersections have struggled before, but in 2020 they seem to be worsening rapidly. I am the association president and was sent the included photos from concerned (flooded in) neighbors.
This is a recurring problem. In the fall every time it rains, all the leaves come down to the lowest part Park ridge East that's in front of my house. The past 2 years they just come and clear out the actual grate and leave a pile of leaves around it. Which means next time it rains in about 5 minutes the grate will be clogged again. Also they pile the leaves up in my yard and kill my grass. These are not my leaves. They're from the street. Last winter we went around this and you guys ended up having to come with a dump truck after you put them all in the street and then the snow plows put them back in the grates and then they had to be pulled away from the drains and then they got plowed back into the grates and we had a ice shield here where it floods every time it rains more half inch. And I ended up coming with a dump truck and six people and carrying off all the leaves. The Men who cleared it this morning said this isn't the way they would do it if they had their choice. I've called the mayor's office and nobody has called me back. I gave you the day to do that. So now I'm reporting it on Ureport.
Customer wants storm drain cleaned out.
This is in reference to a prior case submission (#913401) - the prior service request was closed and listed as the property owner's responsibility but the case history for the location shows that in 2014 the same issue was submitted by my former neighbor and the city did resolve the issue with the storm drain being blocked. 9/10/2024 10:05:29 Closed by Emily Tate According to CBU records, the ditch at this location is private property, so maintenance is the responsibility of the property owner, or in some cases a neighborhood group/HOA. Thank you.
