He is making improvements to the property for the property manager (Linda Quillan at Action Property Management) and says we need to do something about the water that comes in the back yard and floods the basement.

This flows into the pipe in my yard that causes the drain to swirl . Causing the ground next to my house to be cut back . I need this fixed or I’ll report it to the mayor and city Attorney. Just put some rip rap in.

Constant water source seeming to come up from the road or sidewalk on the southeast corner of Bainbridge and Allendale.
The painters/workers at 1300 S. Dunn Street were pouring paint into the storm sewer behind the house in the alley with Driscoll Street.
Both sides of street has clogged storm drains, please clean out
Customer would like the snow cleaned off of the storm drain in front of house and the one across the street.
